Will the next prez be inheriting Obama's mess or will it STILL be called Bush's?

If the next president, whether republican or democrat, blames either Hussein or Bush for the "mess" after their first week on office, I will rail against them at every opportunity. True leaders take responsibility for the mess without complaint and strives to resolve it rather than placing blame for the next 2 years. Hussein failed that leadership test from day 1 which is why I never call him the President. A president is a leader, Hussein can't even be called a manager or an organizer.
