How do i get the water from under my phones screen?

i just got my lg banter which looks like the rumor and yesterday at school i dropped it in the toilet luckily a friend told me to take in home and put it in rice which worked the problem is now that my sound sounds weird and there are blotches on my screen-there is still water under my screen and idk how to get rid of it and of course Ive never dropped my phone so i don't have insurance.PLEASE HELP!my parents are going to kill me
