Dirt bike pops after carburetor cleaned?

My yamaha enduro 175 needed a carburetor cleaning. I bought a carburetor cleaner spray at a local store. Took the carburetor apart and cleaned the float boal, needle pin, valve, jets, and everything else that needed to be cleaned. Once i put it back, I started the bike and two things happened. The first is that it doesnt want to run without the choke, and the second is that there occasionally is a pop coming from the muffler. What might be the problem. I think the bike isnt getting enough fuel, air mixture but Im not sure. Thanks.
