sadly it can be. your best bet is to find a way to doent or prove any further actions taken once the restraining order has been lifted, so if and when it does end up in court again, you can prove you were not out of line, and it does not become a your word against hers deal. in the mean time, focus on getting the charges and restraining order taken care of.
