ABC Family Movie Title?

Okay, ABC Family is where I saw the movie. It's about a lady who either has Alzheimer's or Dementia and the main man of the movie is telling her a story about their life together because she doesn't remember. I think they were married? I'm not sure but yeah hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks!
