A serious question about fascism in the UK?

fascism, one party in power, one system without the right to change unless central power allows it. no open democratic vote no right to challenge laws, new laws made without the peoples say so. im not educated so i dont really know what the true definition is. who are facists in the uk? people who want a socialist government, liberals. they more or less are dictators already, look how many new laws came in since labour took over. all just to curry favour with the minorities.
