At&t tilt phone. & pre-paids....help plz!!!?

hello, i have an at&t tilt. mii parents cut my line. and i NEED it back. i was wondering if there waz prepaid cards lyk t-mobile or sumthin? or can u use t-mobile pre-paid cards on it? anything tht i can do 2 get mii aim/text bak w/o a bill comin 2 the house. thank you so much
