Want some more opinions on this question about best buy?

My husband bought me a laptop at best buy and the geek squad had opened it and optimized it before we had even bought it.My husband bought it that way becuase they told him they do that on all laptops now.I want a different one.I dont want any money back and the other one i want is the same price as the one i have now.Its only about 4 days old.Can they even charge me a restocking fee for this laptop if it was already open by geek squad?On the receipt it says all open laptops but it wasnt open by me,it was open by geek squad and optimized.So they voided that part of the receipt themselves.
