Do you think im pregnant?

well see i started out having light spotting which doesint happen for me ever i just start blleeding without ever spotting first well then i started to actually bleed about a day and a half later i had very mild cramps which is odd and not clots which i always have clots but this time there was only 2 little sliver things that like i can only explain by they looked like a leach but im positve it wasint im just saying what it looked like lol anyways the bleeding did seem heavy but not dark red it was heavy pink blood i was thrown off by it and then it stopped and me and my bf had and then some more gushed out with the 2nd leach thing a little after then stopped for good now im not bleeding at all and it never came down like were you start getting the spotting agin it just stopped well me and my bf have been having well alot lately and unprotected but he doesint finish in me or anything but i know you can still get pregnant but now i get heartburn every night and im always tired and everything sounds good not so much cravings just i want everything well and the fact that i had a bad day and cried about it my boyfreind snipped at me and i cried about it ive felt very emotional twords everyone really i miss my bf all the time my family all the time and my dog all the time i know there are people who had heavy bleeding and were still pregnant and it was okay my bfs sister is pregnant and she had heavy bledding threw her pads and pants and everything but was 4 weeks pregnant a couple days later when she found out idk oppinions does anyone know or has had this happend and they were pregnnat ?
