About self ionization of water?

so my text says kw of water is 1.00*10^-14. and than it asks if water is heated what happens to the concentration of H3O+.it says it raises. and than it asks is hot water acidic, basic or neutral , it says its neutral how is that possible. and why does the concentration of hydronium increases?
