Where can a naive college kid find unbiased resources?

Hey question: I'm a 20 year old kid in college who is just figuring out that the world is not even close to black and white. Almost every issue has developed defined side that strongly supports it's claims. The problem is that most people that I come in contact with, not excluding myself, seems to have very little actual knowledge of the side that they "support." There seems be an incredible amount of uninformed individuals who are crazy about their cause. Now I don't want to be told which side to take, obviously I want to make the decision because I know all the facts and come to the conclusion that coincides with the morals that I keep hold of. Its extremely hard to get to the root of an issue without someone driving home a opinion not feeling the need to back it up. Is there any resource where there are mostly unbiased facts and ideas representing both sides of political, religious, social, ect...? Thanks for your help
