Does this sound like colic?

I honestly think he crys MORE than 3 days a week.. basically, it's every moment he's awake.. he's gy, and i've tried switching his formula, gas drops, gripe water, etc.. but he's still crying all the time.. no fever or nothin, just crys and I can't figure out why! The sound of the bath tub running, or some music can soothe him for a couple minutes, but nothing really can comfort him.. its breaking my heart, and I don't know what to do ;(
