How can the College Gameday game NOT be televised on TV?!?!?!?

I live in Arizona and we don't get the TCU vs Utah game because ABC telesives the local game (U of A vs Stanford). But at the same time, ESPN is televising Liousiana Layffate vs Mississpi and some other dumb games. This is the biggest game of the week and it's not even being televised, how stupid is that?
