need bal. after 10 yr. of 30 yr. mort. @ 5.625% of which 1st. 10 yr. is fixed then variable-also 2 additional principle only payments made ea. of 1st 10 yrs. Loan starts @ $400000-what is balance of loan after those 10 yr.
