Wholesale designer and traditional fragrance oils?

I am looking to purchase designer and traditonal fragrance oils wholesale? There are so many companies listed on the internet claiming to have premium oils, but its impossible to know if they have good smelling premium oils or the cheap stuff. Can you please give me the names of some reliable/reasonably priced wholesalers/suppliers that you know or have personally done business with. Serious responses only ...Thanks
