What do i need for a runescape pk video?

i have recently just started making runescape pk videos for youtube, and i noticed that other runescape pk videos have this long section of just random words and number in there description that normally has ignore in front of it. I'm not talking about the tags, because it is in the description but what is this and do i need it? and if so where do i get it, do i just copy and paste from another pk video?
