Lost my kids shot record/ pediatric office is no longer in business what do i do now?!?

Find out where they are storing the medical records to the place, they must store them!!!! It's the law!!! When you find out, go there and ask to the medical records to be given to you or forwarded to the new doctor! your new doctor may be able to help you with this process as well.
