How do i get a hot chic?

im a healthy 21 year old man. when it comes to women, i dont know how to talk to them or romance them. I was always brung up on good morals such as treating women with respect and being nice and all that good stuff. but most women dont go for the nice guy anymore. some may but most dont. i see all of the guys such as frat boys and whoever else snagging up all these hot chics but i cant get crap. what do i have to do win the lotto and give her a million dollars to go out and have 5 minutes with me. I want to stick to my guns about the way i was raised but when i die one day, i want to know that i had a least one hot chic. my question is how do i go about hooking up with a hot chic without wanting to get serious. but still keep my morals?
