Did I understand correctly, as an owner of a guest house , by law you are not allowed to refuse anyone a room?

The ruling by the residing judge , whereby he fined a couple for refusing to allow a couple a room only adds to the man in the streets opinion of the stupid laws that we have in the UK. Do you agree?
