CESAR Millan anyone?

I have a 3 yr old yorkie that I have pampered since day one. I guess it has messed with his esteem because he is nu and nervous all the time. I have never layed a hand to him but if u look at this dog the wrong way he collapses and is ridiculously submissive. he has also developed this compulsive licking everytime he gets nervous.....i feel so guilty for turning him into this wimp of a dog. I haven't seen a cesar episode yet that has dealt with this. The weimeriner episode from san fran was pretty close.
